Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of Quantra, a web service provided by Viswamantha Innovations Private Limited (CIN U62013AP2024PTC113935), registered office Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India.

1. Your account

You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

2. Subscriptions and payment

Quantra is sold as a monthly plan or an annual plan. A plan gives access for 30 days (monthly) or 365 days (annual) from payment. Prices are shown before GST. GST at the applicable rate is added at checkout and shown on the invoice. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

Renewal is not automatic unless we say so. You can pay again before access ends. If you pay again early, the new period starts when the current one ends.

3. Estimates

Quantra prepares quantity take-offs and cost estimates from the drawing you upload and the rates you set. The results are estimates. They do not replace a site survey, a structural design, statutory approvals or the judgement of a qualified engineer, architect or valuer. You are responsible for checking results before you rely on them, including in a loan, valuation or tender.

4. Your drawings and data

You confirm that you have the right to upload each drawing. We use your drawings and data only to provide the service. Our privacy policy explains how we store and process them.

5. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to break or overload the service, or copy the service for others.

6. Availability

We work to keep Quantra available but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may change features and prices with notice on this website.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the plan in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction.
