Frequently asked
Which files can I upload?
PDF, PNG or JPG plans up to 25 MB. Vector PDFs exported from AutoCAD or Revit give the most accurate results.
Do I have to enter quantities or dimensions?
No. Quantra reads the drawing. If something needs a human check, our team confirms it and you get an email when the estimate is ready.
How is GST charged?
Plan prices are shown before GST. At checkout we add 18% GST. If you are in the same state as our GST registration (Karnataka, unless stated on the invoice), the tax is split as CGST and SGST. Otherwise it is IGST. Your state is taken from your billing address.
Can I change the rates?
Yes. Open Rates in your portal to edit material, labour and item rates. Every new estimate uses your latest rates.
Is the estimate final for a bank or a tender?
It is a quantity take-off and cost estimate based on the drawing and the rates you set. Structural design, approvals and site conditions are outside its scope. Have a qualified engineer review it before you rely on it.
Do I get emails and invoices?
Yes. You receive emails for confirmation, payment receipts with the invoice attached, estimate progress, and a reminder before your plan ends.
