Why we built Quantra
Estimating a house from its plan still takes days of measuring, typing and checking. Small contractors, engineers and valuers often do it by hand, and banks need the same numbers in a format they can review.
Quantra turns the drawing into a quantity take-off, applies your rates and gives you an Excel workbook with live formulas and a PDF report. The aim is an estimate you can check, not a black box.
